Have You Ever Felt Like Nobody Was There // Project 365 // Day 331
Well, let that lonely feeling wash away
Maybe there's a reason to believe you'll be okay
Cause when you don't feel strong enough to stand
You can reach, reach out your hand

I never let them see the worst of me // Project 365 // Day 330
No, I'd rather pretend I'm something better than
These broken parts
Pretend I'm something other than
This mess that I am
'Cause then I don't have to look at it
And no one gets to look at it
No, no one can really see
These broken parts
Pretend I'm something other than
This mess that I am
'Cause then I don't have to look at it
And no one gets to look at it
No, no one can really see

Noel Coward // Project 365 // Day 329
I took this trip to London with my mum a pre-christmas get away. Dear Evan Hansen opening in the West End was coincided with Les Mis in concert like a match made in heaven something for her, something for me.
But what came with that was taking her to see my beloved Dear Evan Hansen. A musical I loved. You will be found is a song that makes me cry just by playing, it helped me through a dark period. I love it. We saw Hugh Jackman at the beginning of the year and he sang it and I cried and she didn't understand the real punch this song packs.
Describing the musical to her didn't really sell her but she was more than happy to come along and see what it was about.
Now she raves about it to all who will listen and its the greatest joy to be able to have shared this with her and for her to love it.
The music, the quiet moments, the characters.
The realism.
It's stunning.
You will cry. You will laugh and You will cry again.

The World Was Wide Enough // Project 365 // Day 328
Death doesn’t discriminate
Between the sinners and the saints
It takes and it takes and it takes
History obliterates
In every picture it paints
It paints me and all my mistakes
When Alexander aimed
At the sky
He may have been the first one to die
But I’m the one who paid for it
I survived, but I paid for it
Between the sinners and the saints
It takes and it takes and it takes
History obliterates
In every picture it paints
It paints me and all my mistakes
When Alexander aimed
At the sky
He may have been the first one to die
But I’m the one who paid for it
I survived, but I paid for it

Victoria Palace // Project 365 // Day 327
We had a spare night in London, So I took the chance to go see the masterpiece that is Hamilton again.
How I love this show.
I cried again.
Honestly everything happens at such a pace that I don't think it would matter how many times you watched the show you'd see something else. You'd concentrate on another performer in the scene.

Do you Hear the People Sing! // Project 365 // Day 326
When the beating of your heart
Echoes the beating of the drums
There is a life about to start
When tomorrow comes!
There is a life about to start
When tomorrow comes!

Gielgud // Project 365 // Day 325
Les Miserables is one of those musicals you could watch a thousand times. And still pack a punch.
The all star stage concert boost some of the west ends brightest stars. I was unfortunate to attend an evening where both Michael Ball and Carrie Hope Fletcher had taken ill. But there alternates pulled off an amazing show and I'll be able to see there performances at some point as they recorded the performance.
Alfie Boe has a voice that has no need for a microphone. He could hit the back of the theatre with pure power alone. It sends shivers down your spine. Absolutely magical.
Matt Lucas has the comedic ability that is needed for Master of the house and plays the role as if it was made for him. An absolute presence on the stage.
Oh what a show. I have now seen, West End, Broadway, Amateur, Film, Concert. Now All I need is touring and new West End.

London, My Love // Project 365 // Day 324
This city takes its toll, it leaves you wanting more, declaring you're done.
Seen it, been there, ready to explore other horizons.
Yet pulls you back, makes you miss it.
London, my love. Let's enjoy our few days together.
I'll call again next year.

The Realisation of a Lonely Wolf // Project 365 // Day 318
They say its better to be a lonely wolf
than a popular sheep
I don't care to change my opinion
to suit someone else's narrative
But yet at night I still lose sleep
and through the day I lose my mind
Maybe I'm the problem
maybe its me
there's a trend at hand
and all the results point
at me
When the world falls to shit around you
and your looking for
someone to blame
do you ever look
inwards
do you ever think
hey
xoxo
I wrote this in a completely different mind set at the beginning of 2019 and its amazing to see how much my views now contrast. you gotta see the dark to appreciate the light.

This City's Yours // Project 365 // Day 316
Glasgow has been a favourite spot for me throughout this project. I live somewhat nearby so its been an easy one for me to access and try out. I've discovered it from so many angles, hidden spots and unforgettable views.

The Life You Led // Project 365 // Day 314
Since 1988 the Govan dry docks have lay abandoned, a small glimpse of a time that's stood still, untouched.
A wander through is somewhat eyry, for being so close to a built up area you really feel like you are trespassing in the middle of nowhere.
This photo is glued to an old post. A young girl now tarnished and aged has withstood the years and weathers. A good luck omen for someone who worked there. Or a picture to remind them why the worked so hard. It captures a moment in time.
Who knows when it was placed and by whom. Who knows who it is in the picture and what life she went on to lead. But there she stays.

We want to make something.

Conspiracy // Project 365 // Day 305
I'm back dating some of these posts cause life got a little busy and I found myself letting go of the daily posting.
So this is a photo of what I sat online for four hours to get on Friday the 1st. I didn't really sit online for four hours. I was at work so had strategically placed my break for the launch. And if you've been on the internet you know that launch day for this Shane Dawson x Jeffree Star collab was a dramatic one.
But I somehow managed to persevere and got very lucky. Then a few days later these showed up at my door.
The mirror is a great novelty and comes beautifully packaged. The Conspiracy Palette is a whole thing, its stunning I love it. I'm scared to ruin it. But I truly love it.
The Shane Dawson x Jeffree Star series has been some of the most clever advertisement I have ever seen and It's amazing how well its paid off for them. I truly commend them for the hard work they've put into everything.
xoxo
