October / November Favourites
Water Colour Paints : I just picked up a cheap set from my local supermarket, very good to embellish notes/journals.
Paperchase Notepad : I love that this opens differently. I also love that its not lined I feel more free when I'm trying to be creative when theres nothing to tell me what to do. A blank page is the best. I'm a notepad addict I have millions strewn about my house unfinished.
NYX Colour Corrector : I've recently ventured into the weird wonderful world of colour correction. I'm loving it so far. Adds a little time to my routine but worth it.
Plum Quad, Kat Von D : I got this as unexpected surprise from my Gran, I've admired a lot of Kat Von D's make-up collection but never bought anything, This little quad is amazing the colours are beautiful and well pigmented and I just love how they look.
Buffalo Offering, Bethany Joy Lenz w/Stillnest : I adore this necklace (the whole range is beautiful) I got the longer length as I like how that sits, and the Rose Gold is just beautiful.

2. Real Techniques - Beauty Blender : Late to the party, but better late than never, I suggest if your later to the party than me that you add this to your collection, great for making sure my foundation is looking a-ok.

August Favourites
What a quick month, can't believe I have been home from my travels for a whole month, life resumes very quickly and it feels like I was never away. You can check out my London, Paris, Milan and Rome | Adventures in Wanderland over on youtube.
1) Fabletics Gym Bag - OH MY GOD! I love this little beauty, so handy to have and fits all my needs sometimes I'm shoving my work clothes, gym gear, swimming suit and towel and it handles it all perfectly. I'm on a little gym quick right now and I'm loving all my fable tics gear, I was wary at first seeing as I am a plus size lady but they make me feel confident and like a pro during my workout. So go check out Fabletics first outfit is half price.
2) Life with a Sprinkle of Glitter by Louise Pentland - Sprinkle of Glitter or Louise is a very successful Brittish Youtube who released her book back in July? I took this little beauty on my holibags and first let me tell you it is the perfect handbag size. It is also a great little read full of helpful tips and tidbits to get you through life tackling everything from boys, school, fashion and even anti-baking.
3) Erin Condren Life Planner - I have wanted one of these for months I got the metallic platinum, there was a little delay on the order as I placed my order at the beginning of June and got the Planner at the end of July but its here now and its glorious. I went a bit sticker mad as well and am really enjoying planning my week and seeing where I can fit things in. I love the way this is set out I have the vertical view. It is genuinely just glorious to have a planner this gorgeous and customisable.
4) Tapestry - Carole King - After seeing Beautiful - The Carole King Musical in London I have fallen back in love with her music (after going through a serious phase when I started watching Gilmore Girls) This album is amazing and such a great sing a long in the car.
5) Make-Up Bag- My Gran picked this up for me when she last went to america (around June) to visit my Aunt, in true Gran style she always comes back with a goodie bag, with smelly goodies and nail varnishes and little nic nacs that you didn't know you wanted until she gives you them. I am really in love with this make-up bag which reads "be a beautiful cupcake in a world full of muffins" plus its nice and big and fits everything just nicely.

July Favourites

It's taken a while to be organised enough to do July's favourites. All of which I found to be essentials on my travels. These little beauties just made the days easier for me.
1) Nivea Sun Spray (30 high) - My milk bottle skin defiantly needed protecting from the sun whilst away. And this nivea spray turned out to be the best idea as it was easy to apply everywhere, with just a few simple scoushes. It's also easy to have just in your bag to reapply. Though it does last a good while.
2) Nivea After Sun - This felt amazing to apply after a long day again the spray was defiantly a great choice. And was defiantly needed after I fell asleep next to the outdoor pool in Milan and forgot to reapply some sunscreen during the day. My back was begging for this and definitely sent me on the road to recovery. Nobody wants to walk around looking like a lobster.
3) Zoella Foam Sweet Foam (Cleansing Shower Gel) - Having just purchased this before I left this was just chucked in my suitcase for ease. But left me smelling great and was defiantly a lot better than trying to use those mini toiletries hotels leave out.
4) Zoella Candy Cream (Body Lotion) - Another just chucked in for ease. But left me feeling smooth and was great to put on after a long day. (Especially on my feet which were a bit worse for ware)
5) Zoella Lets Spritz (Body Mist) - Popped this in my bag each day and left me feeling cool and smelling nice. Defiantly my favourite scent of the moment. Is very handed to just have when you need it.
7) Clinique Pop Lip Colour - Another handy little bit of make-up to keep on hand during the day.

June Favourites
What a month, I finished college and passed my HND, so I am now a fully qualified tv production person. I got to catch up with all my friends and maybe had one to many drinking nights. I have planned some mini adventure to go away on. I feel like life is in a good place right now.
1) Erin Condren - Deluxe Notebook : This is genuinely my most favourite notebook ever. And trust me I have had a lot of notebooks, if it had the paper from the oxford notebooks I'd cry. I'm using it to organise this blog. I want to get series, plan my updates and organise everything. So having the calendar in front makes it so much easier. I can look at a glance and put in when I want to upload, so when I would have to prepare the post. And then I draft the 1st version on paper because I prefer getting initial thoughts out like that. Then I can edit as I type the post up.
2) May Designs - Health and Fitness Journal : How did I not know about all these sites that let you choose colours and personalise notebooks before. I am genuinely in heaven. I was originally going to get a plain May Designs notebook. But I took a glance at the health and fitness journal and decided to try it. It's making life so much easier. I'm really trying to opt into a healthier lifestyle, this helps me keep track and shows the difference between good and bad weeks.
3) RayBans Sunglasses : Though I haven't had much chance to use them yet, as sunny spells have been few and far between in Scotland... which is weird cause we all know Scotland is a notoriously place. But I do have a few holidays booked where these beauties will come in handy. I am in love with the black and cream frame.
4) Mac Matte Lisptick - Flamingo : This is a great coral-y summer colour. Its been my absolute fave this month. I am always wearing it.
5) Come on home - Bethany Joy Lenz : Ughhhh I'm so excited about this one. Bethany Joy Lenz CD's are like the rarest thing to come by. Most of her music was only released was limited periods and I'm pretty sure out of the 10 albums and Ep's released you are only able to purchase Get Back to Gold on iTunes as well as a couple of singles of Your Woman (The Everly stuff might still be available I'm not sure) So when this was listed on eBay I scooped it up the minute I saw it... I paid way more than I'd ever pay for a CD but it was well worth it. It came in great condition and I just love having physical copies of Joy's music.

May Favourites
May favourites are here!!! It's like I nearly forgot or something...
1) Clapper Board: The first few days of May were spent filming "The Audition Tape" a new web-series by 1995 Productions coming Summer 2015, hopefully! It was such a fun - stressful at times - experience. I can't wait to get the edit together and see the finished product. After filming so much for college or just vlogging it was great to make something creative that was just a passion project.
2) MacBook Pro: I genuinely don't know how I would have got through the last few months without this lil' baby. Paperwork, editing, blogging, music listening, movie watching. It does it all. As the last lap of college came in I was editing my final project heavily as well as handing in every last bit of paper work at times I felt like I wasn't of this sometimes frustrating machinery.
4) Chasers of the Light (Poems from the typewriter series) -Tyler Knott Gregson: I recently ranted in a vlog that I don't have time to read a book. So this has been a great little companion as I do have time to read a poem or two in the spare moments that I do have. I got this a few months ago, I ordered it online and it finally arrived after a particularly bad morning and ever since it never fails to just make me happier.
5) The Last Five Years (Movie): I feel like I have been waiting a lifetime for this movie. TL5Y is honestly one of my most favourite musicals ever. Anna Kendrick and Jeremy Jordon are perfect within there roles and this movie defiantly didn't disappoint. Jason Robert Brown the creator even has a brilliant cameo. So if you do anything in June, find a store go on Amazon, GET THIS MOVIE! I have watched it a gazillion times since I bought it.

April Favourites
I can't believe May is nearly over and I still haven't got my April favourites up. Genuinely the last few weeks have been a blur, just a big blur of coursework, filming and never ending shifts. So much so I can't really tell what I was loving in April... this is why I should have done this sooner. So here's a few things I could think of.
No7 Beautiful Skin Day and Night Moisturiser (Normal/Oily) - I've been using these products for a while now, but I am only now some how getting into a proper routine with it and my skin all the better for it. What I especially love about No7 is that you are getting a great quality product that doesn't come with a major price tag.
No7 Beautiful Skin T-Zone Rescue - I have a particularly bad T-Zone area that I think a lot of people suffer the same, this is a great product for that.
M-A-C Studio Fix Fluid - I swapped from benefit foundation to M-A-C in April and it makes such a difference, I pay a little bit more for the foundation but its been a month now and I can't even see a dent in the bottle and I use foundation every day without fail.
M-A-C Prep and Prime - This gives my foundation a longer lasting life and just helps with better coverage.
Hopefully it won't take me as long to put up my May favourites. Enjoy the rest of the month!
Canon Powershoot G7X - This little beauty got delivered in April and I am actually so obsessed with it. Portable, easy to use, great zoom, built in microphone is good for vlogs (as long as you don't cover the mic) But this is a brilliant little camera that I thoroughly recommend.

January Favourites
January is by far my least favourite month of the year. Why? well, your hitting the post christmas blues, everyone is skint... and feeling it, all the lights have been taken down,so the world feels a little less magical than it did in December but even more cold. Plus January takes a whole 31 days to get through.
But never the less here are the few goodies that made my month all that more bare able.
1) Salvation - Wakey Wakey, I have already talked about this album when it first came out, but this month the vinyl finally arrived. It has barely been out of my record player, there is something genuinely lovely about listening to music on vinyl. Its more of an experience.
2) Love Tanya - Tanya Burr, this book is absolutely gorgeous, Tanya Burr is a beauty and fashion blogger/vlogger as well as inspiration to many teens/young adults. Love Tanya, is full of hints and tips from beauty to life this a lovely read.
3) Indian Summer - Tyler Hilton, I don't think I have talked about this album yet but it was made downloadable a few months back, but the CD has just arrived. I blogged back in 2012 about seeing Tyler live, and have now seen him live three times, he has such a raw, authentic voice. Mixed with guitar and you can't go wrong. The hard copy recently arrived and I love owning physical copies of music. Digital is all well and good but I do like being able to hold something.
4) Natural Glow Shadow and Primer Palette 2 - Barry M - I have a little obsession with darker eye shadows, and own quite a collection. But I never had any nude for some reason, this brilliant little palette is easy to apply and looks wonderful on. Brilliant if your breaking into new territory.
5) Scandaleyes Eye Liner - Maybeline, My thing with eyeliner is that I can never find an easy to apply one, nearly every eyeliner I have bought in the past takes a little bit more time and if your in a rush like I nearly always am, then I often have to go without. The felt pen type style of Scandaleyes is beyond easy to apply, it makes my days a lot simpler and can through it on in the morning with not much worry about smudging or fading as its quite long wearing.
6) Roller Lash - Benefit, I like a lot of others dashed out to get the new issue of Elle so that I could try the new mascara, They're Real has been my best friend and saviour for years now and I daren't use anything else as it gives my lashes the best look i feel. I have on odd occasion dabbled in bad gal' benefit are my number one eye lash (and brow) go-to-brand. The last few days Roller Lash and I have been getting on like a house on fire, though I think I am not fully swayed from my bestie They're real, but I shall defiantly be investing in a full sized tube of this little darling.
