Camper Van Photo Holders -  I got these as a gift, and there just gorgeous, the set of three currently sit on my windowsill and I've been changing out the photos.

Wish You Were Here: Vol 1 -  This gorgeous Instagram book from Bethany Joy Lenz, is a lovely addition to your book shelf/ coffee table / office, for spouts of inspiration, plus half the proceeds go towards Love146

Kylie Jenner Lipkit - Candy K -  Currently unavailable theres is set for more releases soon with new colours being teased, I really love the feel of this Matte Lipstick.

NYX Highlight and Contour Pro Palette - This is so reasonably price, and if your looking for a nice palette its defiantly one to consider.  Under £20 and with eight different shades to Contour and highlight your face!

Blend Active  - I am in absolute love with this blender, its cut the cleaning after making smoothies, so I have one every day for breakfast now. All you have to do is change lids from the blender to drinking cap and your good to go.

Brave Enough - Cheryl Strayed :Review

I've talked about my struggle with books last year, finding time to read was near impossible, I just didn't have a lot of spare time to give to a story.  Cheryl Strayed's Wild was the first book I picked up and it genuinely took me maybe two months to read it all.  Not because I'm a slow reader, or that I found it difficult to read, each time I picked it up I was utterly obsessed with the story, but then I'd realise the million other things I was supposed to do and it would be set to the side again.

"Wild: A journey from lost to found" is a genuinely gorgeous book, an incredibly truthful account of Cheryl Strayed's journey across the Pacific Crest Trail and what lead her there.
When I heard about Brave enough I knew I wanted to purchase it. I really loved how beatifully put together a lot of Cheryl Strayed's words were and in fact took a picture of the last words in the book and had it printed! "How Wild it was to let it be"

This little book is full of thoughtful, smart and funny quotes. Can leave you pondering, inspired and give you words to live by. Though you can flick through it quickly its one that you want to have on hand to go to again and again.

#MusicMonday : "I Won't Back Down" - Tom Petty

Today I was feeling really meh, after not being able to sleep. I just didn't have the energy, bit its all in the mind, cause I showed up to my 9.15am Spin Class.

I then really couldn't decide on a song, but after my shift tonight and the mood I've been in. Plus its Blue Monday I realised I won't back down is perfect for how I feel.

So no, I won't back down! The only way is forward and to keep at everything.

The first time I was ever made aware of this song was watching a Tyler Hilton video so embedded below is his version.

#MusicMonday: Something In the Water - Carrie Underwood

This was on my spotify discover weekly playlist, and I remembered how awesome this video was so when I went to check it out on youtube I was honestly really surprised that it was released in November. I loved this song and was so obsessed with the video because it was shot so beautifully.

Its also a really gorgeous uplifting song. Which is really good to try and tackle those January blues. So I will leave you with this.

Michael Kors GlamJasmine

Michael Kors Glam Jasmine, part of the Glam collection comprised of Jasmine, Amber and Citrus, released in 2013.

I found this when I wandered into town when in Lanzarote. Side by side with GlamCitrus I was innitially drawn to try the citrus scent, as L'Occiatane Citrus Verbena is one of my all time favourite scents (and I've run out). But Michael Kors scent didn't strike me as much.
With scents for my I need to be absolutely in love with it to buy it for myself. I'm still sitting with the I Smell Great testers wondering if I should take the plunge and by myself the full sized product. I'm also quite picky with scents, overly strong ones or musky ones tend to be huge no's. I really like citrusy, or fresh scents and have been quite like fresh floral scents as of late.

I tried the Michael Kors Jasmine Eau de Parfum not particularly expecting to like it, but more just to see what it smelled like, I still haven't had the opportunity to smell the amber one but will if I stumble across it.

But once I smelt it I knew I'd have to buy it or otherwise regret it, especially as I was abroad and getting into in Lanzarote on the Euro worked out cheaper than if I were to buy it in the UK.

The scent itself is quite sweet, florally and is long lasting, just a really pleasant fresh smell. At Christmas I was also gifted by my Gran the set containing the lotion and a smaller bottle of the perfume which I love as I feel fragrances last longer if you have a lotion and I quite like putting it on before I go to bed.

This is defiantly my favourite perfume of the moment, and luckily I have enough to last me a while.

2015: A Year in Review

2015 was a weird one. I entered the year feeling rather stressed that I wasn't doing enough at college and then everything came at once and the world became insanely busy. But full of really fun filming projects and at times I didn’t feel like I would pass my course as things kept piling on top of each other and it felt like a mountain I couldn’t wade through and the procrastination was very real. But in the first week of June everything was handed in and not long later I was finally awarded my HND in Television Production.

I also got to experience my first trip away into what will hopefully happen a lot more in the future.  Having a few days in London and then going off to Paris, Milan and Rome was a wonderful escape and a great way to quench some wanderlust. But also made me realise how intense my desire to see the world really is. Hopefully this will become a reality.

In between that all I have created some great memories with friends and family. Read great books. Seen amazing movies. Experienced my first Spin Class. Worked my butt off. Treated my mum to a holiday to celebrate her 50th. Seen my Uncle get married. Met Kate Voegele and Tyler Hilton. Worked on a real set. Got my second tattoo.  Life has been good.

Hopefully 2016 comes with as amazing experiences and many more great moments.
